  This place is pure trash the manager plays favorite with the residents some get late fees other don't club house is full of mold and she just keeps painting over it she moves her family in and there just nasty flint trash.... Maintenance is a joke the most shady man around half my outlets work he says that's not a problem and don't fix it we have a 2 bathroom trailer and one won't flush for nothing it's been plunged snakes draino everything you can think of so it must be deep down they so owell not there problem the manager is just a lazy lady and plain out rude as hell I'm so glad where moving out of here spring was a better manager
